Woody Spark is a Director of Photography and underwater cinematographer based in Sydney, Australia, with broadcast credits spanning Netflix, National Geographic, Disney+, NHK, PBS and ABC, including National Geographic's Secrets of the Octopus.
Over the past decade, he's filmed natural history and documentary productions from the Great Barrier Reef and Lembeh Strait to the cold-water cuttlefish aggregations of South Australia and IMAX-format wildlife sequences shot on rebreather off Vancouver Island.
A four-time ACS Award winner, including ACS Gold and a National Certificate of Distinction. Woody leads underwater units shooting on a variety of cinema cameras in Nauticam and Gates underwater housings.
